The Product
The Air-Pak pillows are ideal for general void filling and interior protection. The pillows stop the movement of goods within a carton and provide a high degree of impact and shock absorption. The pillows may be used in a block and brace application, or as general void filling.

Air-Pak is clean, dust free, reusable, recyclable and produced on demand.

The Systems and Equipment
The Air-Pak systems use rolls of special polyethylene tubing 200mm wide, to create a stream of strong air pillows of varying sizes of your choice. The pillows are easily separated by perforations.
Due to its low cost, cleanliness, light weight and flexibility, this is a clear cut choice for a range of packaging needs.

The equipment is compact and portable allowing it to be used in most locations. It is easy to install, with limited control panels for easy operation. The process may be fully automated requiring only minimal operator involvement, or set to produce the exact size and quantity of bags needed.
