An environmentally responsible alternative to traditional bubble and foam wrap.
The patented PAPERplus system from Pro-Pac fashions two sheets of Kraft paper into
a protective mattress that can be used to secure products during shipping.
Upon removal, the Paperplus can be reused or recycled. The highly adaptable system
can provide cushioning for a wide range of products, from fragile glassware and
precision electronics to heavier, less fragile machinery and automotive spare parts.
The Mattress
The pliability or rigidity of the mattress can be varied based on the weight of
the paper.
Pro-Pac offers two (2) basic weight papers, both 750mm wide and 275 long.
Versatile Packaging Methods
You can use PAPERplus to pack products in a number of ways. The system allows you
to output lengths starting at 150mm for small items, or longer lengths as required
to shape and fit the item being packed.

The Operation
The Paperplus system is easy to learn and can be adjusted for manual, automatic,
foot pedal or space mode operations. The system requires only one (1) square metre
of floor space and a 240 volt outlet. As the system is rented, you do not need a
large capital investment to reap all the benefits of the Paperplus system
